Not quite right? No worries. At TYRAEN GEAR, we want you to shop with confidence. Whether you're ordering from the UK or the US, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, followed by another 14 days to send your items back. Explore our return policy below for everything you need to know.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer FREE tracked delivery across the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 4–8 working days. Shopping from the US? Tracked delivery is available for £4.50, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 working days. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and tracking details have been issued. RETURN PROCESS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, followed by another 14 days to send your items back. To get started, contact us at tyraengear@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will provide the necessary return instructions. Items may be tried on for fit, just as you would in a shop, but must be returned in good condition, with original tags and packaging where possible. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind or sizing returns. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost. Once your return has been received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer rights. This policy applies to both UK and US customers and does not affect your statutory rights.

01. Log Your Return
Need to return something? Contact us at tyraengear@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
02. Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack your items, preferably in their original packaging. Please ensure they are in good condition, with all original tags included where possible.
03. Post It Back
We'll provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Send your parcel within 14 days of notifying us, using a tracked delivery service. Keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
04. Review and Refund
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to your statutory rights. Your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
